STARBUCKS

Since 2016, we have collaborated with numerous developers to arrange stand-alone Starbucks stores with drive-throughs along the East Coast, Midwest, and Southwest.

BURLINGTON

The CASCO team collaborated with Burlington Stores to develop, design, and construct over 50 store locations nationwide, including two Self-Certified projects in Queens, NY, and the Bronx, NY. As a nationally expanding retailer, Burlington is reenergizing the clothing and apparel shopping experience with a modern new design that introduces energy efficiency, new technology, and modern finishes into their stores.

BEST BUY

CASCO has provided implementations such as facility expansions, down-size designs, new ground-up designs, and facility renovations for nearly 150 stores nationally since 2021.

BED BATH & BEYOND

Since 1995, our team has served as the prototype manager and preferred architectural & engineering firm for Bed Bath & Beyond’s namesake brand as well as their Christmas Tree Shops and “And That” retail brand. Many of the projects involve extensive re-development of existing spaces, in-fills, and carve-outs. CD Companies has worked directly for Bed Bath & Beyond on “self-developed” projects and “turn-key” re-development projects for Developers/Owners.

DOLLAR GENERAL

CASCO assisted Dollar General in the creation and maintenance of their Prototype Criteria Documents for issuance to Developers in 2007. Since then, we also have prepared many site adaption construction drawings for over 300 stores for both Dollar General corporate offices and their Preferred Developers. Our scope of work includes site plans, layout construction documents and permitting.

SAKS FIFTH AVENUE - GREENWICH

CD Companies partnered with Saks Fifth Avenue and R|5 Design Agency to create a luxury Women’s Lifestyle store in Greenwich, CT. Collaborating with multiple consultants, we designed an elegant, world-class retail destination.

ROOMS TO GO

We've partnered with Rooms To Go on hundreds of facilities across 11 Southeast states and Puerto Rico, including 8,000–58,000 SF showrooms, Clearance Centers, and Outlets. We’ve also worked on U.S. and Puerto Rico delivery centers ranging from 250,000 to 900,000 SF.

KOHLS

Since 2007, we've partnered with Kohl’s on nationwide remodels, including Sephora integrations and cosmetic/jewelry redesigns. We've provided A/MEP services for 200+ stores.

HOME DEPOT DESIGN CENTER

CASCO collaborated with Home Depot project managers and designers to develop the Home Depot Design Center concept, remodeling two-story buildings to include a lobby, showroom, commercial kitchen, shower display, and offices. Our work included lighting design and HVAC.

DOLLAR TREE

We manage each Dollar Tree store project from site survey to permitting, adapting designs to existing conditions, company standards, and city codes. With a focus on detail, budget, and client needs, we've completed over 1,500 stores.
