Children's Lighthouse of O'Fallon is a family-owned early childhood learning school devoted to preparing toddlers for elementary school success. This is CASCO's first collaboration with this client and the first location in MO.
NEW HORIZON ACADEMY
CASCO is currently working on 7 New Horizon Academy locations across the United States. Each single-story location averages about 10,700 SF.
KINDERCARE LEARNING CENTER
The KinderCare in Omaha, NE was an unique opportunity for CD Companies. The 13,335 SF structure was of wood-frame construction incorporating a reinforced concrete block storm-shelter.
KIDS R KIDS
CASCO was contracted with Kids R Kids to provide full building design and permitting services for 2 single-story locations in the state of Texas.
CHILDREN'S LEARNING ADVENTURE
Our team collaborated with Children’s Learning Adventure on 50 facilities across the U.S., designed to foster learning from preschool to kindergarten. These facilities feature classrooms, gymnasiums, lounges, media centers, and modern studios for dance, music, and gaming.
PRIMROSE SCHOOLS
Primrose Schools is a leading nationally accredited early education franchiser. Over the past eight years, we’ve collaborated on 240+ locations in 25+ states, providing site planning, design, and engineering services.
RIVER OAK CHRISTIAN ACADEMY
To accommodate growth, River Oak enlisted our team to assess a new campus. After fundraising and planning, they purchased a medical office building for repurposing, adding a gym on the north side. The renovation includes two levels of classrooms with space for future expansion, plus a gym, library, offices, cafeteria, tech/science rooms, and art classrooms.
GODDARD SCHOOLS
We are currently providing design and permitting services for three Goddard School locations in Texas. These single-story, wood-framed facilities feature 10 classrooms, offices, a gym, kitchen, and playground. Goddard School supports children's development from infancy to Pre-K.
THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
CASCO partnered with Guggenheim Partners and The Learning Experience to design multiple Midwest locations, primarily in St. Louis and Kansas City. Services include design, civil engineering, site feasibility, and city planning coordination.
