Our team developed a new exterior concept, interior design, and construction documents for Dierbergs Markets. We handled city planning, permitting, MSD approvals, LOD packages, and construction administration. Our work includes two new developments featuring a Dierbergs grocery store, tenant spaces, and outlot buildings.

We remodeled a former Toys R Us building, now home to Fresh International Market’s 8th store. This Asian grocery features seafood tanks, a meat/deli counter, hot food, and beer/wine sales. Our team brought the concept to life and is finalizing drawings for City of Austin review. Additional tenants include a Hot Pot restaurant, Japanese BBQ, ice cream/bubble tea shop, Paris Baguette, a cosmetic store, and a liquor store, each with separate entrances.

We worked with Lotte’s refrigeration team to seamlessly integrate coolers, freezers, and equipment, ensuring minimal visual impact of mechanical ductwork and refrigeration piping in the open ceiling sales area.

Since 2019, our team has supported BJ’s national store expansion, delivering full project lifecycle services for 50+ ground-up facilities. We optimize design and construction to reduce costs and timelines across diverse markets.

Over three years, our team designed and engineered the Safeway “Lifestyle” concept throughout 25 locations in northern California and Nevada. The projects included extensive remodeling and – in some cases – the addition of new add-ons to the existing buildings.

Our team provided professional design services for 200+ full-service supermarkets for Kroger throughout the Midwest, including ground-ups, expansions and renovations. These projects included architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering as well as plumbing design.
