Fulton State Hospital was a collaborative opportunity with the Office of Administration and the Department of Mental Health. The 300-bed project was completed in 2019.

CASCO has partnered with Zelnik Realty to provide AMEP/S services for multiple urgent care operators throughout the southeastern United States and the state of Ohio. Our team developed a ground-up prototype building that Zelnik deploys across all locations, tailored with branding-specific requirements for each clinic operator.

Our CASCO Division has partnered with Midland General Contractors to deliver complete design-build packages for urgent care owners across the country. CASCO provides comprehensive AMEP/S/C services as part of this collaboration. Together, we have completed 150+ clinics to date.

This single-story facility expands the hospital’s primary care outreach, housing primary care and a rural health clinic. It features 20 exam rooms, a procedure room, behavioral health office, radiographic room, lab, and retail pharmacy. Built with a steel frame, brick, glass curtainwall, and wood-look panels, the site includes parking for 98 vehicles and a loading area.

This 23,245 SF single-story facility on 10 acres expands MDMC’s outpatient rehab, podiatry, and occupational medicine services. It includes therapy services, 10 exam rooms, imaging, phlebotomy, and testing areas. The site features parking for 124 vehicles and service access, with a total project cost of $8.5M.
