Architecture and project management for site surveying to determine energy conservation options to improve energy efficiency. The project progressed through construction with LED upgrades to all fixtures, including modifications to the existing incoming electrical service, disconnects, and panels.

DOR for architectural design at the Support Maintenance Shop to extend a work bay, an interior remodel of the annex, new paving, additional upgrades to work bays, and replacement of the roof overhead doors, painted windows and manual doors.

Plumbing engineering for ground up new shipping facility space for the base. The project included new domestic piping, domestic water heaters, sanitary/vent, natural gas, and infrared heated floors.

Plumbing engineering for the renovation of existing Warren AFB clinic space while maintaining spaces remained open during construction. Design included new to existing connections for sanitary/vent, natural gas, storm, domestic plumbing as well as new domestic hot water heaters, thermostatic mixing valves.
USACE OMAHA*
Plumbing engineering for a new operations and maintenance facility at Fort Carson that can house Blackhawk, Apache, Kiowa, and Chinook helicopters, which supports the 13th Combat Aviation Brigade stationed there. Primary facilities include the standard design maintenance hangar, aircraft aprons, and aircraft wash aprons. The hangar consists of 48,000 SF of admin space, shop areas, work benches, and locker rooms; 87,000 SF of hangar space, 521,000 SF of paving around the hangar and air traffic control tower and supporting facilities.
USACE KANSAS CITY; WEST FACILITIES - ST. LOUIS, MO
Structural engineering providing signed and sealed sketches and calculations for an architectural panel attachment to HSS piers for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency landscaping and ecosystem design.

Mechanical engineering services for a preliminary study related to accessibility improvements, HVAC system upgrades, extending and upgrading fire sprinkler and fire alarm system.

Plumbing engineering for sanitary vacuum system with HEPA filter applications to allow the lab to function as a quarantine space with zero chance of outside influence.
JEFFERSON BARRACKS
Structurally designed reinforcement for the existing former barracks building. This project included surveying the building and structural drawings for reinforcing steel and necessary foundation modifications. The building was modified to be a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) for the Department of Defense.

Commissioning services for the HVAC and EMCS systems retrofit portions of the renovation project.
TINKER AIR FORCE BASE*
Plumbing engineering for new fixtures while space remained open during construction. This project included renovation of the existing boiler room, office, and maintenance spaces and required tapping into existing domestic water and natural gas piping to route new piping to fixtures and air handling units.
KIRKLAND AIR FORCE BASE*
Conceptual site and building plans for an 80,000 SF Digital & Systems Engineering Lab utilizing best practices by integrating LEED and NEPA standards to maximize the likelihood of MILCON funding. The facility features energy-efficient design, secure research areas, unsecured support spaces, multiple labs, and clean rooms.

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE*

IKE SKELTON CSMS BUILDING
In 2019, we designed a new paint booth, blast booth, air shower, and mixing room within the maintenance area, along with a 1,200 SF vehicle bay addition, locker rooms, a 200KW solar field, and MEP upgrades. Completed in 2021.
JEFFERSON BARRACKS
In 2018, we partnered with Raventek to build a SCIF at Jefferson Barracks Military Post, conducting structural evaluations, load calculations, code studies, and design. Due to security, project details remain classified.
MISSOURI NATIONAL GUARD
In 2018, our team partnered with the Missouri National Guard to design two decontamination units for the nation's largest Black Hawk helicopter repair facility. The units include air showers, locker rooms, showers, laundry, and restrooms. The mechanical design ensures a positive pressure environment to prevent contamination.
