BED BATH AND BEYOND
Our team retrofitted an e-commerce distribution center in North Las Vegas, adding a product pick module, management offices, and three 10,000 SF firewall-separated specialty rooms for combustible aerosols, alcohol-based products, and temperature-controlled commodities. We also upgraded the flooring for forklift traffic using advanced industry technology.

HOME DEPOT LUMBER DISTRICT
Our team has designed over 2,000 The Home Depot stores and is deeply involved in their Lumber Distribution Center expansion in Commerce City, CO, serving as the prototype for rapid development centers. The project included facility retrofits, electrical and structural upgrades, new canopies, office redesign, floor pavement, and railroad services.

INTERNATIONAL PAPER
We have a long history in the industrial sector, working with pulp and paper leaders like International Paper, Tri-Wall Containers, Mead Containers, and Burrows Paper.
Since 1980, we've supported IP facilities with expansions, modifications, and new ground-up facility planning, including permit and bid support.

PROJECT RUBBER WAREHOUSE
Our team provided architectural and engineering design for a 253,000 SF distribution center in Louisville, KY. The project included a 5,000 SF office space, pallet storage for synthetic rubber, a guardhouse, drive-through canopies, a fire pump house, a 240,000-gallon water tank, and a new rail spur. The warehouse was built with tilt-up concrete panels and steel joists, with construction completed in December 2022.

PERSONALIZATION MALL
Our team provided full architectural and engineering services for Personalization Mall’s 361,000 SF facility, integrating production and shipping. The project included roof upgrades, new HVAC, conveyor support, a pick-module system, a clean printing room, and specialized manufacturing areas, requiring close coordination and advanced engineering solutions.

MISSOURI STATE FAIRGROUNDS MAINTENANCE FACILITY
The design features new mechanics, carpentry, painting, and welding shops, including a state-of-the-art paint booth, vehicle lifts, maintenance pit, mezzanine storage, offices, conference center, and café. Completion expected Spring 2025.

MESA DE SOL WAREHOUSE
70,000 SF tilt-wall warehouse with colored, patterned panels. Includes office, break room, and exhaust system for vehicular circulation. Currently in permitting, construction begins Spring 2025.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DESIGN
10,000 SF maintenance facility with CMU block walls, wood trusses, and a standing seam metal roof. Features include storage bins, locker rooms, offices, laundry, breakroom, and 8 automatic overhead doors plus 2 oversized doors with covered storage.
