Burrows Paper Corporation — Franklin, Ohio ...This state-of-the-art rigid packaging facility contains the widest 8-color flexographic printing press in the U.S. The manufacturing and office facility is 275,304 s.f.  CASCO primarily focused on comparing the engineering factors, advantages/ disadvantages, and estimated costs associated with remodeling an existing facility versus a proposed Greenfield site.

OTO Development - Springhill Suites — Erie, PA ...CASCO is currently working with OTO Development, LLC on 20+ hospitality projects throughout the United States.  Of specific interest is the SpringHill Suites hotel in Erie, PA which is currently under construction and is slated to open in September 2007.

Bass Pro Shops - Clarksville, Indiana ... At approximately 286,000 sq. ft., the Bass Pro Shops retail store located in Clarksville, Indiana is the company's largest facility east of the Mississippi River-second in size only to the corporate headquarters in Springfield, Missouri.

Great Wolf Lodge - Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada ...Owned by Ripley Entertainment, this 450,000 square foot facility houses a myriad of activities for the entire family.  The four-story log-sided resort features 406 guest suites and offers a choice of 10 different suite configurations.

Fifth-Third Bank - Prototype  ...After a year of vigorous evaluation, CASCO was selected from over 200 AE firms to be the Prototype Manager for Fifth-Third Bank's facility roll-out program.

Rooms To Go - San Antonio, Texas ...The South Texas Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, awarded the Rooms To Go Showroom in San Antonio, Texas with the Excellence in Construction Award. 

Bed Bath & Beyond - Paramus, New Jersey  ...A challenging commercial project with a daunting deadline.  The goal was to build a $25 million freestanding, retail complex in just seven months from the completion of driving piles to grand opening.
